We engaged Shawn Chua as our ID for a partial renovation of our kitchen and master bedroom toilet—a project that came with many concerns, as partial renovations are never easy. From the start, Shawn was patient, attentive, and supportive, always taking time to understand our needs and reassure us along the way. His advice was practical and thoughtful, often guiding us on what was truly necessary versus what could be avoided. We were especially grateful for his close supervision and follow-ups while we were away, as well as his prompt responses whenever we had questions. I deliberately chose to write this review a few months after handover to see how things held up—and I’m glad to say we remain very happy with the results. Even when we requested some small additions after completion, Shawn was accommodating and quick to act, ensuring everything was done smoothly. Overall, it has been a very pleasant and worry-free renovation experience, and we are truly thankful to Shawn for his professionalism and support. Highly recommended!
