This review is long overdue but well deserved! We first came across Ben’s EM project online and got a quote during the ID expo. After comparing a few options, we decided to go with Ben even though his wasn’t the lowest. He really listened to what we wanted and came up with designs we loved. At our first meeting, we also met Mennis, and they made such a great team—Ben handled the design ideas while Mennis nailed the details like colour palettes and materials. We especially love the smart touches like the kitchen sliding door that doubles as a display cabinet glass door and the extra storage upstairs. Throughout the reno, they kept us updated. Even when a hidden pipe burst (certainly caught eveyone by surprise), they handled it quickly and reassured us everything was under control, which gave us so much peace of mind. Despite our tight timeline, Ben and Mennis delivered right on schedule, and any small issues were promptly fixed even after we have moved in. Thanks to them, the whole process was way less stressful. We’re super happy with the results and even our guests complimented the ideas and designs that were put into place by this dynamic duo.
