Our ID was Javier Neo, he paid attention and care to the detailing to cater for future maintenance issues. There were some items that were missed out during the quotation process, but overall he was honest and sincere in addressing those issues. As the project went into the construction stage, he gave consistent and informative updates and was very responsive to our queries through WhatsApp. He was very experienced in proposing suggestions for material selection and giving guidance on important aspects while still allowing freedom for us to make decision. He also went above and beyond to address the items that were missed out, so for that we are also grateful for his service. The handover was as promised and we also got assurance that there is a liability period in case any of the items were discovered to have issues only after moving in. My wife and I were very happy with the final outcome of the renovation. Will approach him again in future.
