The project timeline was very well managed, and we even completed the renovation before our lease ended—no need to extend our current place! Zoey planned everything so well that we had extra time to move in at our own pace.
She was also incredibly helpful with the design process. She even included a lot of the off-the-shelf furniture we bought into the 3D renders, and the level of detail was amazing—it really helped us visualise the final outcome.
Zoey also personally accompanied us to select tiles, bathroom fittings, and other materials. Her recommendations were not only stylish but also high quality, and we truly appreciated her professional input.
Even when it came to rectification work, Zoey was super prompt and efficient. I’ve read so many renovation horror stories online, but thankfully, none of that happened with us.
There was no hard selling—just honest, professional advice and a smooth experience from start to finish. If we ever renovate our second home, we will definitely go with Zoey again. Highly recommend!
