From first meeting, rachel is the only shortlisted ID who bothered to come to our place and take measurements and look at the condition of the home, even without any initial fees.
Given that we bought a 2-decade property, she also took time to advise us what is necessary, what is good to have, and what are some of the works that may not be necessary.
The renovation was done way ahead of time with good worksmanship. We spotted some errors in carpentry after confirmation of design and asked rachel to rectify and she did it immediately (it was a small recitification) and after moving in, when we found even minor defects or issues, rachel went the extra mile to solve it for us.
