I would like compliment Shermin Lee from Tradehub Branch for her recent work on my 3room BTO. I came across her via online reviews and decided to give Tradehub Branch hotline a call. Before calling, already had in mind to request for Shermin since I’ve seen some of her works online and I think she can deliver what I want. Coincidentally, she was the one who answered my call. Call it fate I guess 

Anyway, throughout the first meet up right up till the last, Shermin was responsible and considerate to accommodate to my time and schedule, and the location of where to meet. The meet ups always ended up pleasant and Shermin would always provide constructive suggestions whenever I had my doubts and indecisions. During the renovation, Shermin was also readily available whenever I pose her questions even late at night.

I am grateful to engage Shermin as my ID for her dedication, patience and coordination throughout this short span of renovation journey for my new home. She was quick to recifty any minor issues as well. I am pleased with the overall outcome of the renovation works.
