Benjamin Lim is a very meticulous person. What I like about him was his patience and flexibility on designs and materials used. He is open and transparent about pricing as well. Despite the price being competitive, he does not compromise on quality. He is also someone you can contact 24/7. He even offered to meet us a day after CNY! This was his own initiative and we didn’t force him
