We engaged ID Shermin to do a total renovation of our condo unit in Aug 2018. Besides being professional, she is also patient and responsible. During the process, she gave good suggestions and patiently engaged family members to choose colour of their room walls and wardrobe materials. She even accompanied us to buy our dining table set and gave her advice on the designs! Although there were small hiccups along the way, she was fast to resolve them which is very comforting! She was able to complete the renovation within our stipulated timeline and the whole process was generally a pleasant one!
