I guess most important when doing Renovation is to have reliable, trusting, responsible ID and be able to have response in the shortest time. Well that is what I most wanted.
This is my 2nd time in about year to engage Design 4 space. I chose Design 4 space because of the company image, their workers and their workmanship.
Although I have engaged Design for space the 2nd time but I met and work with Mark Lim for the first time.
I won't deny that we have small hiccups here and there during the Reno (but hey which Reno don't have) but Mark is most helpful and reliable and he is able to resolve the problem almost immediately.
From the start planning to the actual renovation, Mark has always been there and close to us thru What apps and phone calls. He listens to us and advise us accordingly.
He never make us feel left out and whenever we feel we need clarification he was there to reply.
I am blessed to have Mark to help me in preparing my new home. Eventhough we only did the Kitchen Reno, painting, electrical and Aircon, Mark still does his best for us.
Besides the workmanship that is good, I would say the price is very reasonable as to others which I have compared before I engaged Design 4 space.

Mark professionalism in coordinating among different contractors is excellent. Even for things that not in our work Reno, he didn't mind to help, such as fixing our bath tub silicon and the crack tiles. Etc etc

I can say that Mark is a wonderful person to work with, He is responsible and resources. Right to the end he still delivered my portable kitchen stainless steel rack personally for me.
I will definitely recommend him to my friends. And definitely go back to Mark for my next Reno 🙂
A big Thank you to Mark and Design 4 space for the 2nd time successful renovation for me. Design 4 space is blessed to have such a wonderful person to work for them. God Bless to all! Cheers!
