It is our first home and first experience engaging an ID. We have heard a lot of negative feedbacks about ID in the past thus we were really careful with our selection of ID.

After a long and and thorough search, we finally selected Jasper Lee from Design 4 Space Pte Ltd(Trade hub 21). He was really passionate about his work and have never rejected our request to meet even after his regular working hours to discuss about our “dream house”. Most importantly, he gave us the confidence and have always managed our expectations according to our budget. He showed tremendous patience despite our fussiness on the smallest details. He oversees the renovation process personally and made sure all the renovation works were done according to the drawing, according to what was promised.

The flat was handed back to us on time and his after sales service was really commendable. He never failed to respond to our queries even after the official handling back of the flat to us and has been following up with us consistently.
