I really appreciate the amazing work and dedication from my ID, Rachel Li! I recently bought a one-room condominium and wanted to renovate it in such a way that it gives a classy, spacious feel. Rachel is very experienced and gave good, practical advise on how to achieve that, without bursting my budget.

The entire process went very smoothly, from the planning stage up till the actual handover. In between, Rachel would send pictures/ videos to keep me updated on the renovation progress. And whenever i had any last minute changes, Rachel would always try her best to accommodate. Not forgetting that she was also very responsive to all my queries, despite her very busy schedule (during the XMAS and CNY period).

I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great ID! 🙂 Even after the renovation was completed, she even assured me that I can always reach out to her for any issues.
