I would like to thank Kevin Thiam. He delivered even though I gave him a limited budget, specific requests, and a short timeline to work with. Even with some last minute changes and requests during the renovation, he managed to cater to my needs and work with it.

He had helped me design a look and feel that suited me and I am very pleased with the end result. He helped shaped my original concept and improved it.

What I really liked about him is that he is a problem solver and he went out of his way to help me manage the renovation so that I didn’t have to care about it much. Due to his diligence, responsibility and attention to detail, I never felt a need to check on his work and hardly went down to check during the renovation. I didn’t manage to find any defects during the handover.
