We want to thank our Interior Designer Ms.Ooi Lee Sing for completing our dream home renovation. We started sourcing for an Interior Designer firm as early as July 2017 though our intended plan was to start in Nov 2017; after gone through many Interior Designers we finally convinced and landed with DESIGN 4 SPACE. Even then, Lee Sing was approachable and provide useful info and sound advice to help us in our design considerations.

We saw her sincerity as Lee Sing continued to follow-up regularly in the following months to see if she has addressed our concerns and ready to engage her service. She also proposed some alternatives to work within our budget. We appreciate that there were no unpleasant surprises in terms of cost throughout her services. She was personally involved and present to ensure work are done according to our requirements. When thing went wrong, she took responsibility to ensure it get fixed quickly and properly. She reminded us of things that needs to be prepared and arranged so that plan will work out smoothly. Work was carried out systematically and Lee Sing was able to respond quickly and send photo updates on work progress. Although we struggled with financial settlements, she understood our situation and helps us with different sources and finally she helped to complete work within short time frame due to our urgency to move in.
