Meeting IDs was a tedious process and I chose Jolene from AZ Paya Lebar out of the four I met. She wasn’t the most experienced, but definitely the most sincere who made much effort to listen to my requirements. Being a homeowner who read and research a lot, I often threw ideas to her and she will help me analyze if my ideas were realistic. We worked so close brainstorming together, to a point I felt her ideas and mine were in sync somehow. At times I don’t have to say much, she naturally will know my thoughts and likings. The renovation journey may not be smooth all the time, but she tried her best to rectify and solve whatever issues to her best ability. It was a great partnership and I have to thank her for relieving most of my stress and making it so hassle free for me. Well done, Jolene!
