I would like to compliment Alan See (from Paya Lebar branch) again for his additional help. While he has already completed and handed over our project in early August, he continued to address my concerns even up to this point of time.

I am very thankful for this because he is going beyond his scope of work. Unlike others who de-prioritise customers after collecting full payment, he is clearly very responsible and does his very best to help with my additional requests. In fact, he still answers my questions very promptly.
