We would like to thank Daniel Xue from the Toa Payoh branch for an efficient and smooth renovation process. As we were walk-in clients and there were no prior recommendations from friends, we were initially quite worried if we had chosen the right ID. Once the reno works started, Daniel was however able to keep to our very tight schedule of exactly 2 months for an approximately $60K worth of reno tasks, which I believe my previous contractor for my old house would not have been able to achieve. Daniel was also very patient and prompt in following up on every single question I had, and he could remember every extra work I asked him to do (despite not seeing him taking down any notes). Having the chance to chit-chat with a few of his subcontractors, they also mentioned they enjoyed working for Daniel, which I think is quite a crucial factor in affecting the quality of the works. I would hence recommend Daniel to those who already have their own concepts and designs in mind and are more concerned with tight schedules to complete their renovation without having to worry that finer details are missed out. He will be able to deliver a beautiful place on time!
