In 2016 June, After viewing more than 10 ID firms, we come across Shermin Lee from Design 4 Space lavender outlet.
We are impressed by her professionalism and on the ball attitude. The price is completable with some of our short listed firms. So we decide to do the renovation through her.
During the renovation, she always keep us in the loop on all the progress. Deliver what she had promised. And the after service is wonderful. Although there are two minor defects on the carpentry work in the past year. But she give us swift response in term of repair and touch up at no cost to our end. We are very grateful for that.
I believe finding the correct ID is better than finding a big famous ID firm. After all it’s the person who care about your renovation work matters.
